Thanks for the patch Swati.
This makes sense to test different input bpcs from IGT rather than
forcing compressed bpp so that we leave the proper compressed bpp
calculation to the driver which is the right way.

Make sure this patch and corresponding IGT change gets merged at the
same time else IGT will throw err
