Similar to RPL-S enabling, we don't want to have a check that looks like
a platform check (such as IS_ALDERLAKE_N()) but is in fact a
sub-platform check.

This leads to stuff like

	if (IS_ALDERLAKE_P() && !IS_ALDERLAKE_N())

which is super confusing.
