Manual conversion of printk based logging macros to the struct drm_device based logging macros in i915/i915_debugfs.c. Also involves extracting the struct drm_i915_private device from various intel types to use in the macros. This does not convert various instances of the DRM_DEBUG macro due to the lack of an analogous struct drm_device based logging macro.
