The tests/gem_exec_blt is a benchmarking tool, providing no verification as that is done by gem_linear_blits, gem_tiled_blits, gem_blits, gem_concurrent_blit et al. It's just a waste of time in CI, and when we do start including performance tests in our regression suite, we have benchmarks/gem_blt as our baseline.
