The MIPS architecture doesn't provide the hardware atomics that are required for the "create-clear" sub-test such as __sync_add_and_fetch(). As a simple and pragmatic solution, disable this sub-test when building for MIPS. A better approach would be to add a fallback implementation for these operations.
