Did you change to the "interlaced" branch?

Maybe the best tree to test is this:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~danvet/drm-intel/log/?h=drm-intel-next-queued

(repository is drm-intel and branch is drm-intel-next-queued).

This should not be needed. If you have the correct branch, you don't
need any configuration tweak: just boot the machine, plug a monitor
that supports interlaced modes, and "xrandr --verbose" will show you
some interlaced modes.

Please confirm that you are using the correct branch first. Use "git
log" or "git branch" commands to check.
