Here are some fixes for 4.14-rc6. Zhenyu's patch fixes the
per_ctx_bb check in GVT-g since the usage of per_ctx_bb in i915 has been
changed recently. Another two patches from Xiong fix the GPU hang of
linxu guest when it's running large workload.
