I915_EXEC_FENCE_OUT was added in libdrm commit a3d715ee14b2 ("Import
uapi/i915_drm.h from v4.10-rc5-950-g152d5750dda9") and released in
libdrm-2.4.75.

I'm probably doing something wrong. This passes configure for me, but
build still fails with:
