[PATCH 01/10] drm/i915: Keep i915_handle_error kerneldoc parameters together

And before the function description.
Tidy up from commit 14bb2c11796d70b ("drm/i915: Fix a buch of kerneldoc
warnings"), all others kerneldoc blocks look ok.
