Hello all, @Jani Nikula: I just tried the patches you linked and they work *perfectly* on my notebook (Clevo P640RE). I also tried to suspend and resume the laptop and it works like a charm! I applied the patches against the Linux kernel v4.8.8 taken from upstream.
