Do we need to clear the AUD_M_CTS_M_VALUE_INDEX and/or AUD_M_CTS_M_PROG_ENABLE bits? We only do this stuff in hsw_audio_codec_enable now. Do we need to do something in hsw_audio_codec_disable too?
