Merely with Thunderbird - logged into external IMAP server, logged into Cyrus, selected messages, right click - copy.


Could it be that Thunderbird sees the old mails because it has cached the data? You could activate the telemetry log to compare the request from thunderbird and
roundcube and to see which mails are listed by cyrus in the answers.
