Autocreate Mailbox with saslauthd/CRAM-MD5

Hello,

this feature only works for me, if i do a PLAIN+TLS User authentification:

 https://www.cyrusimap.org/imap/concepts/features/automatic-creation-of-mailboxes.html

autocreate_quota: 10240000

quotawarn: 90

autocreate_inbox_folders: achive|trash|spam|INBOX

autocreate_post: 1

allowplaintext: yes

sasl_pwcheck_method: saslauthd

Any idea why it fails if i try to auth with CRAM-MD5?

CRAM-MD5 [SASL(-13): user not found: user: michael-test3]

testsaslauthd -u michael-test3 -p xxxx -s imap => is a success

As soon as i log in with plaintext password, the mailbox gets created.
