There is always the "hammer on everything" model (as the mailboxes
needing to be recreated are taken from the mailboxes.db):
ctl_mboxlist -d > mailboxes.txt
removing mailboxes from mailboxes.txt
ctl_mboxlist -u < mailboxes.txt
Trying the second command on a standby/testing system first, sure.
