In 2.3.15 there is a .seen file but i was reading that this is now all in .index file. So when i copied all the mailboxes to a test server the seen status was not preserved. Before Cyrus 2.4.x the seen status was stored in the userid.seen files in the /<coconfigdirectory>/user directory or subfolders. Did you copy these files?
