I've followed the directions at

Every list message includes list management information in the headers:
List-Id: Discussion group for Cyrus email system
<info-cyrus.lists.andrew.cmu.edu>
List-Unsubscribe:
<https://lists.andrew.cmu.edu/mailman/listinfo/info-cyrus>
,
<mailto:info-cyrus-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Archive: <http://lists.andrew.cmu.edu/pipermail/info-cyrus>
List-Post: <mailto:info-cyrus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
List-Help: <mailto:info-cyrus-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=help>
List-Subscribe:
<https://lists.andrew.cmu.edu/mailman/listinfo/info-cyrus>,
<mailto:info-cyrus-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=subscribe>
Sender: info-cyrus-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Errors-To: info-cyrus-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If your mail client doesn't automatically parse these headers and give you
options for managing your membership, then you'll have to read them
yourself. It appears to me that you can unsubscribe by sending an email
to info-cyrus-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with a subject "unsubscribe".
