Before doing it on the full system I would like to run it for my own
mailbox. But:
Running quota with both the -f option and mailbox-prefix
arguments is not recommended.
I took the chance, and it doesn't seem to have any consequences.
Several users have folders without a cyrus.header file*. I have run a
reconstruct on those folders only and then I was able to run quota -f
user.login. I also had to reset permissions on those folders too.
* I have no idea how those folders got there. It looks like they come
from a previous migration.
