Did you try to reconstruct the mailbox in question, something like: su - cyrus -c "/usr/lib/cyrus-imapd/reconstruct -r user.USERNAME" If that helps you may also reconstruct the whole storage with: su - cyrus -c "/usr/lib/cyrus-imapd/reconstruct" Let us know whether it fixes the problem.
