For the moment disregard these messages, they only mean that you have the
sql plugin installed but not configured.

Now, this is more serious. Before you try to enable all the bells and
whistles I suggest not to use the tls_* in /etc/imapd.conf. Let's try to
get a working Cyrus installation first.
For the moment comment the tls_* entries in /etc/imapd.conf, restart the
Cyrus service and then try to deliver mail again with the deliver command.
