Where is the reconstruct binary on disk? Are you sure imapd is finding it
to run it?

It's installed at the same location as all the other cyrus binaries, in /usr/bin/cyrus/bin/reconstruct

Is that what happens when you issue RECONSTRUCT over IMAP? it calls the binary server-side?
