* What do you mean by " allow any user to proxy" ?

* why when checking "proxy user" right did you not look in the admins list ?

* why the murder (aka "proxy user") should be an admin for LMTP to work when it is stated in the murder doc that this user should not be an admin ?

Yes.  If you allow any user to proxy, then any user can proxy as an admin.
