Hi, how do i get cyrus running on Solaris 9 ( Sparc ) ? I only need imap ( 143 ) and pop3 ( 110 ). Have anyone a short HOWTO ???
Have you run ldd path-to/imapd and see what shared objects are missing. Alan Thew
I use: cyrus-imapd-2.2.12 cyrus-sasl-2.1.21 I compiled the imap with: ./configure --with-perl --with-auth=unix --with-dbdir=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 --without-openssl --without-ucdsnmp Make and make install run without any errors but it does not work. bash-2.05# uname -a SunOS mail 5.9 Generic_118558-11 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-100 bash-2.05# echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/local/lib:/usr/lib:/lib:/usr/local/ssl/lib #1 bash-2.05# telnet localhost 143 Trying 127.0.0.1...
