this looks like they only get back into postfix (after the virus
scanner, probably) and then bounces when trying to deliver them to
cyrus. It's strange that you have it in the mailbox, though - could you
send the cyrus

This looks like no cyrus mailboxes exist (have you created them using
cyradm)? It could be a permission problem, too - I'm not sure about how
that's handled - you seem to use the deliver command and I only use
LMTP (which is faster, so you should think about switching as Postfix
does speak LMTP)...
Well, it would be interesting what the cyrus logs tell...
