LMGTFY - http://www.webrtcworld.com/webrtc-list.aspx came up near the top of the list when I searched for "list of video conferencing software that uses webrtc".It looks a little dated (whereby is still called appear.in); the point is - it's long enough that just having the list tells you almost nothing.
