Mostly. I want to get the largest pool of candidates.

So 107 is a Heisenberg meeting.
	People who signed the etherpad on more than one day get to count 107 in 3 of 5.
you mean 3 of 6 I believe.
	People who did not, get counted from 102-106 for their 3 of 5.

I realize that defining a Heisenmeeting would probably make some people uncomfortable.  But I view it as just accepting the reality.
It would be interesting to see what the difference in the lists of eligible persons would be between the 106 - 3 of 5 and 107 - 3 of 6 approaches.  I'm actually thinking maybe not more than 5-10 people.  Then xref that with the volunteers lists for the last 3 nomcoms to see if any of the 5-10 actually volunteered.
