I'd be ok with either not counting IETF 107, or counting anyone whoattends IETF 107 remotely as if they had attended in person. Countingeveryone as attending IETF 107 doesn't make much sense to me.

It seems to make more sense to not count IETF 107 and just look at theattendance at meetings up to 106, because the IETF 107 agenda is soabbreviated.
