why is it still mandatary to have Jabber scribing for WG session given Etherpad can allow anyone to post questions?

Installing Jabber is not easy. You have to find specific servers to download, and very often you are not really sure which one is legitimate.

Many people don’t have Jabber installed on their device, especially for people using mobile devices.

 

Given Etherpad allows anyone with any devices to post questions. Why is it still mandatary for WG session to have Jabber scribe before it can start?
