The original rtp packet payload (without extension headers) is included in the outer encrypted payload, so any rtp params may be changed by the SFU as it would normally do. We proposed this to be consistent with perc double so it was less disruptive, but we have been working on alternative encryption algorithms with less overhead including full frame encryption ones.
