I wanted to let people know that going forward, the IETF Secretariat will be providing transcripts of the IETF plenary meeting Q&A, in lieu of having volunteers provide plenary minutes. The IESG looked into how often the plenary minutes get downloaded (answer: not very often), but we think the written record is still valuable, particularly when we have spirited Q&A as we did at IETF 103.
