Hi Vedran,

First I want to briefly remind everyone that inquiries like this are best directed to registrar@xxxxxxxx. The registrar address feeds into our ticketing system and we monitor this a lot more closely than the mail list traffic. 

Regarding your email, there is no Thai company running IETF 103. We have a local host providing letters of invitation, but they are not managing the meeting and they are not providing any business documentation. 

IETF 103 is listed on the Thailand Visitor and Convention Bureau (TCEB) website as an official MICE event. See https://www.businesseventsthailand.com/event-calendar. 

In addition, the TCEB has just recently provided us with a letter, now available at https://www7.ietf.org/how/meetings/103/local-letters-invitation/, that clearly communicates that the IETF is an official MICE event. We encourage attendees to print this letter out and bring with them as they travel to Bangkok.
