BTW, John, apologies for mentioning this on the IETF mailing list, but when you see what I'm mentioning, you'll understand why.  When I reply to a message to you that you send me, I get the following bounce:

The response from the remote server was:
553 5.7.1 Incoherent message

This is inappropriate.   Please fix it, or else please stop engaging with me in IETF discussions.  I don't blame you for finding what I say "incoherent," because I definitely am not as good at expressing myself clearly as I would like to be.  But this is not an appropriate way to address your feelings about what I say.   The appropriate way is to set up a filter that filters out messages that are from me, so that you don't have to read them and aren't tempted to respond to them.  A more appropriate way to deal with it is to accept that nobody communicates perfectly (including you) and we should all cut each other a bit of slack.
