Hi. There was enough traffic that I decided to look at the new website; I did not test during the testing phase. Things I like about the front page: * It actually had a link to IETF 101 registration. * It had better introductory material. I agree that the front page is completely useless to current participants, but I find that I never found the front page useful. I find the front page generally useless for any organization that I spend significant time in: it's true of Debian, true of other projects I contribute to, and amazingly true of my employer. I think front pages should be judged on their value to newcomers. I clicked on tools. Things were looking good. A lot of useful links were grouped conveniently. I decided to push a bit further before saying that at least for me things were positive. And so I clicked on the important meeting dates page, only to fall off the cliff and land in a swamp of the busiest, largest 404 page I've seen in a while. Oops.
