I don't know if it is because it is getting hammered with requests as we all check it out, but I'm also finding pages take an age to load.

And I don't see any entry that goes to a list like the beta links page.

On-line tools under How We Work produces a very wordy page of explanation with links interspersed. 

There is a set of links under Tools  - WG chair resources but it doesn't contain all the links on the other page.
