I didn't say I am always able to do so. For example, if Canada (again) introduced visa for Czech citizens, I won't go there.

I haven't studied the Singapore laws, but the US State Department summary says:

   The Penal Code criminalizes any “act of gross indecency” ...

which I understand as behaviour, not people themselves.
