If you want to talk specifically about, e.g., domains that do not operate and control their own submission servers or SMTP delivery servers (perhaps defining the latter in terms of putting messages into mail stores), then go for it. But I imagine I could make a case that, with some of the sloppy terminology and handwaving we see around, ISODE.COM is a vanity domain name and dukhovni.org is even more probably one. john p
