Well, I tried to keep my message generic and not going into individual descriptions, I know very well that IETF chairs are not "executives" but the CEO's on the "I* Leaders" group are, and BTW are being paid big bucks to do their job.

Actually Jorge, I would have to disagree with your discription. Neither the IAB Chair nor the IESG Chair are executive roles. They are however, definitely leadership roles.
