Hi Ray, I think it's very good. One micro-comment: the menu at the left is headed up by the IETF logo (which is in fact a link to the main site). I did find that momentarily confusing - maybe the first two items could be labelled "IASA Home" and "About IASA" to make it clear which menu this is?
