There are actually several questions in there. It would be interesting to know how the pool of people willing to serve in a leadership role relate to the pool of participants. It would also be interesting to know how the pool of people recommended by the nomcom relate to the pool of candidates who've accepted nominations. Those are two very different questions but I think they're both good ones. Melinda
