Where we always hold them: in the hotel restaurant.   I'm not suggesting anything more formal than that—I agree that this doesn't scale if you try to have catered meeting rooms for each wg.   The scaling problem for wg chairs is different, because they don't have to go to any meeting but their own.   The question is whether this work is as important as the other business we do over food.   That's up to the various working group chairs to decide; I'm simply proposing that this might not be a bad thing for chairs to consider doing if they think it worthwhile.
