I therefore echo the suggestion that IESG should be charged with identifying actionable ways to make their jobs easier. I suggest that they set up a meeting, perhaps a half or full day with the full IESG, but also at least part of the day should be open to any interested former IESG members, plus perhaps secretariat, RSE, and tools team representatives. This group would discuss what improvements to process, workflow and tools are needed to make the IESG job easier by offloading some of the administrative overhead. The end result of that would be an internet-draft to track the suggestions and give the community an opportunity to provide additional suggestions and get some consensus behind it before some or all of the suggestions are put into motion.
