This seems like a Good Thing to me. With one possible exception (below), all
of these are clearly not useful.

I personally might have left the 'Traceroute' one off the list, since it
seems well-designed/defined, but i) nobody uses it, and ii) it's easy enough
to resurrect it if we ever do decide we need it, so I don't object to its
inclusion in this list.
