This is the kind of thing to which I'd normally pay no attention at all, but I don't get away with that these days;-) Anyway, I do reckon this is an important issue and, stilted language and all, this is very much worth supporting. So, I'd encourage everyone to try find out more about it and to support Russ and Bernard in signing this, and to spread the message locally that the IETF way of doing this stuff is, while not near perfect, the best we've seen to date.
