If there is any principle for repeating a venue to be found (I'm a sceptic, but let's see), then advance scheduling can't enter into it because the lack of advance scheduling is the same at every meeting. So, for the purposes of this discussion, you have two options: plan well in advance to be there for the entire week, or plan to buy plane tickets after the agenda is finalized.
