I'm currently working on a server implementation of the RPKI-RTR 
protocol to incorporate into a suite of RPKI relying party tools.  Based 
on this work, I believe the proposed specification will meet the needs 
of implementers.

I support the publication of draft-ietf-sidr-rpki-rtr as well.
