I filed a bug with LibreOffice about the single file that didn't export as valid PDF/A, and I'm hopeful the underlying problem will be fixed soon. If you're seeing other files that don't validate as PDF/A, or that don't export cleanly as PDF at all, feel free to send me links/notes on the problems. I'd like to see the PDF export be as smooth and correct as possible.
