Additionally, this network operator and ARIN member is fully opposed to any shared address draft. Real routable addresses are need for real routable systems.

There is no free lunch, these efforts should be focused on making 240/4 work or doing ipv6, not ripping of really working ipv4 space.

Both of the above are hard ... sorry.
