You got an options now, how, when and where you want to go with IPv6,
wait a few years until all you communicate with in Asia demand IPv6
connectivity, it's the only way to reach them.

and it isn't that hard, just make sure all equipment you buy/invest
into now can or have a plan to support IPv6, if you start with it now,
or started with it ~2-3 years ago you are pretty much safe.
(not all edge equipment are ready at that time but that's another story really)
