Well, a little miscommunication; I had meant to send the summary to the
APPSAWG where the document was discussed, but sending it to the IETF
list is OK too. Since it's here, one comment:

I think we have gotten agreement from folks (including but not limited
to doc authors and ADs involved in the conversation) that we'll go ahead
with this document and write a quick new document clarifying that what
5892 meant was that IANA should *add* a new table to the registry and
(with the older one) label it as to from which version of Unicode the
table was generated.
