If you refer to the machine that separates the sheets into individual pages when fed listing paper (continuous, but not on a roll, folded every 11 inches with holes on the sides), they still exist. There is one fast in the printing room for the State of California I worked on recently. It feeds at 6 feet per second, an entire box of paper is separated in a matter of minutes.
