The header field names are translated in Appendix A ("X-Notification",
"X-Reference-Message-ID", etc) but it is not clear if they are

to be equivalent or not.
It's inappropriate for a standards-track document. 822 (but not 2822,
as best I can tell) says that explicitly:
none will have names beginning
with the string "X-
